A baseline risk assessment, often called a HIRA, covers the hazards across your whole workplace. Task-based risk assessments go deeper on specific jobs. A health risk assessment, or occupational health risk assessment, looks at exposure: hazardous chemical agents, hazardous biological agents and ergonomics.
